Private Rooms are perfect for students looking for a great value.
Choose your own private bedroom from several available options. Each
person signs an individual lease, and we will find the housemates for you!
If you have a small group, you may also be interested in these private rooms
so that you can share a suite or an apartment and still have your own
individual leases.
The options may vary, so check back for new units added during the late
spring and summer. Prices, lease length, and included utilities vary
by property. Please be sure to read through the options carefully.
These rooms are great for transfer students, students returning from a
semester abroad, and anyone looking to keep their housing budget under
control. Shoppers can find great bargains in these dorm-style
apartments and suites.
Please remember that unless specifically noted, these units are co-ed.
Smoking is permitted, but restricted to bedrooms only. Also, while all
tenants will be Cornell students, there may be a mix of graduate and
undergraduate students. Each tenant is responsible for keeping the
common areas tidy.

Dryden Road
210 Dryden Road is located in the heart of central Collegetown, at an
unbeatable location! This three story house features dorm-style suites
on the second and third floors. Each suite is comprised of eight
single bedrooms, one kitchen, and two bathrooms. There is also a
shared lounge on the second floor, fully equipped for relaxation and
entertainment with sofas and a 50" flat panel TV. Each room is rented
on an individual lease, so you can choose your own room, or get a block of
rooms with friends! All rooms will be rented to Cornell students.
The leases are for twelve months. The rent includes heat, hot
water, electricity, furniture, and trash removal. Basic cable is
provided in the lounge.
