person signs an individual lease, and we will find the housemates for you!

Smoking is permitted, but restricted to bedrooms only. Also, while all
tenants will be Cornell students, there may be a mix of graduate and
undergraduate students. Each tenant is responsible for keeping the

Apt. 10 features three large single bedrooms, one full bathroom plus an
additional half bathroom, a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances,
including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a large
living room with a 50" flat panel TV, and lots of additional space and extra
closets through the unit. It is a partial basement apartment, built
below grade level on the hill of Williams Street.
