ALL PARKING LEASES ARE FOR TWELVE MONTHS: Most leases begin June 1, 2012 or August 15, 2012. All parking is by assigned space only.
PAYMENT FOR LEASES: Parking rent for the entire lease is collected in 1 lump-sum payment upon signing.
WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR PARKING LEASE: You will need to provide proof of automobile insurance, as well as your vehicle information (make, model, license plate number, driver’s license).
YOUR responsibilities as a parking tenant: You are responsible for ticketing & towing unauthorized cars as well as shoveling snow from your space.
PARKING RESERVED FOR APARTMENT TENANTS ONLY: Until further notice, the Collegetown Center Covered parking lot and the Collegetown Court lot are reserved for Ithaca Renting Company Tenants only.
