For the Joint and Several Lease named above, each Tenant is responsible and agrees to pay the full amount of the rent, even if some or all of the other Tenants make partial payments or fail to make payments or perform lease obligations. The proration of rent that each Tenant has agreed to pay is stated below. This is required for billing & accounting purposes. The room that each Tenant will occupy is stated below. Residents may not use or store any gas, charcoal or other type of grill on the balcony/porch/fire escape.
