Available in all of our Collegetown locations! Enjoy the convenience of immediate activation upon receipt of your contract and payment, with no equipment to return at the end of your lease. For extra convenience PRINT this two page contract: IRIS Service Contract Return the completed contract with payment by mail, so that we can have your service activated prior to your arrival. You may also bring the completed form and payment to the Rental Office. Please note that group apartments should collect all payments together and submit one contract per apartment, signed by all tenants. Reminder - our service is intended for legal, personal use only. Server hosting is not permitted. An ethernet cable is required for all hard-wired buildings (Collegetown Center, Plaza, Court, & 210 Dryden Road). For wireless locations (Aces, 705 E Buffalo, 214 Dryden, 202 Dryden, and 105 Dryden Court) you may get the user name and password at the Rental Office.
